If you are not ready to quit smoking I don't think that the stop smoking hypnosis will be guaranteed. I think that it is very important to be ready to stop smoking before trying the hypnosis. We can not say guaranteed to stop smoking with hypnosis if you are not ready to quit. If you are not going to follow through we can not help.
